After downloading, execute the setup executable Animations1_23.exe.

At the end of installation, the addin installation instructions will follow. For your convenience, those instructions are also available here:

• Launch PowerPoint.
• Select Tools | Add-Ins...
• Click Add New...
• Locate and select the addin Animations in the dialog box that you see now. If you don't see the addin here, you will find it in the folder where you installed Animations (Pack 1). Usually, Animations.ppa is installed in
  
  "C:\Program Files\OfficeOne\Animations\"
  
  folder on your computer.
• Click OK.
• Click on Close.

OfficeOne Animations (Pack 1) is now installed. You should now see OfficeOne Animations menu in PowerPoint.
