Here are some Tips on some animation effects possible using PowerPoint 2002 (XP) and later versions.

  1. Continuous Fade In and Out Multiple Pictures: Fade-in one image, fade it out and simultaneously fade-in another image. Continue this across images on the slide. Loop the animations within the slide.
  2. Continuous Swivel Multiple Shapes: Swivel multiple shapes one after the other.
  3. Continuous Blend: A Continuous Blend effect fades in an image while simultaneously fading out another image, which overlaps the first image. The process repeats continuously.
  4. Pulsate: The Pulsate effect throbs an image. Its like the image heart beating.
  5. Circle Drawing: How do I get a circle to "draw" itself during a slide show?
