MultiSave enables you to save PowerPoint presentation in many formats simultaneously. To use MultiSave, follow the instructions given below.

MultiSave is supported on Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003, Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 (XP), Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 and Microsoft PowerPoint 97. Download the 317 KB installation executable from here.

Installation Instructions

• Download and save MultiSave11.exe.
• Execute MultiSave11.exe and follow the instructions given at the end of the installation.

Using MultiSave

After loading MultiSave addin in PowerPoint, the first step is to configure it. Follow these steps to configure MultiSave:

1. Select Tools | Configure MultiSave... menu item.
2. You would be presented with the Configure MultiSave dialog box.
3. Select the formats in which you would like your presentation to get saved always.
4. Click OK.
