Shortcut Manager for Publisher implements additional routines that simplify recurring tasks. It enables you to define your own keyboard shortcuts to these routines. To define shortcut to these routines, follow these steps:

  1. Select Tools | Customize Shortcuts... menu item.
  2. Locate and select the Shortcuts category in the Category list.
  3. The Commands list will now show the list of available routines.
  4. Select the one for which you want to assign a key board shortcut.
  5. In the Assign shortcut to command box, press the key combination that you wish to assign to the selected command.
  6. Click OK.
