After downloading, execute the setup executable PowerViewer25.exe. Follow the installation instructions provided during installation. Provide appropriate inputs where required. Most of the times, the preset values should be suitable.

After a successful installation, you would get a menu titled OfficeOne PowerViewer in the Start menu.

Start PowerViewer by selecting OfficeOne PowerViewer | PowerViewer menu item from Windows' Start menu. See Tips and Tutorials for using OfficeOne PowerShow.
