System Requirements

Operating Systems: Microsoft Windows Vista, Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows 2000, Microsoft Windows Me or Microsoft Windows 98.

Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer: Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer 2007 or Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer 2003.

Hardware: A system with multiple display outputs.

The following vendors manufacture multi-monitor graphic display cards:

  1. Matrox: Matrox manufactures true dual-head cards - Millennium G450, Millennium G550, Matrox Parhelia.
  2. NVidia: NVidia's MX and Go series of graphic cards have multi-monitor features. GeForce2 and GeForce4 both have MX and Go variants.
  3. Appian Graphics: Appian Rushmore and Appian Hurricane.

Many modern laptops support dual monitor functions without extra hardware. If it doesn't have in-built support, a PCMCIA graphic card can be plugged into the laptop. The PCMCIA graphic card will fit into the laptop's PCMCIA slot and can be connected to another monitor. PowerViewer can use this monitor as a second monitor.

The following vendors manufacture PCMCIA graphic cards:

  1. Village Tronic: VTBook
  2. Margi: The Display-to-Go. Discontinued.
  3. Appian Graphics: Traveler PCMCIA. Discontinued.
