  2. Go to the Settings tab.

I have only 4 monitors connected to the system but PowerViewer reports 5 monitors. What is going on?
PowerViewer may be finding virtual monitors. Virtual monitors are created by remote desktop software products like logmein, Microsoft Net Meeting, VNC, etc. These virtual monitors may interfere with the operations of PowerViewer. Please ensure that these software products are either not running or are uninstalled from the system before running PowerViewer.

Slide shows running through PowerViewer do not loop. How do I resolve this issue?
Slide shows that need to run continuously should be configured to loop again continuously so that they do not end after the last slide gets displayed. You can set up slide shows to loop continuously as follows:
PowerPoint 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007 PowerPoint 2003, 2002, 2000
  1. Select Slide Show tab and click Set Up Slide Show button.
  2. Check the Loop continuously until 'Esc' box.
  3. Click OK button.
  1. Click Slide Show | Set Up Show... menu item.
  2. Check the Loop continuously until 'Esc' box.
  3. Click OK button.
If you are using PowerPoint Viewer 2010, ensure that Service Pack 1 for PowerPoint Viewer is installed on the system. Without SP1, PowerPoint Viewer 2010 does not obey the Loop continuously until 'Esc' setting.
