Its actually Windows that it seeing only
one monitor! There are a couple of possibilities that could be causing
the problem.
Windows isn't configured to use the other
monitor. This is the most commonly encountered problem. Follow these
steps to configure Windows to use the other monitor:
- Go to Display Properties dialog box by selecting Start
| Settings | Control Panel menu item and launching
Display applet.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Click on monitor 2 and check against the Extend my Windows
desktop onto this monitor check box as shown below.
- Click OK.
The display isn't configured for true multi-monitor mode. Visit
here
to configure your machine for true multi-monitor mode. A detailed
discussion on true multi-monitor mode is available
here.
Slide shows that need to run continuously should be configured
to loop again continuously so that they do not end after the last slide
gets displayed. You can set up slide shows to loop continuously as
follows:
PowerPoint 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007 |
PowerPoint 2003, 2002, 2000 |
- Select Slide Show tab and click Set Up Slide Show button.
- Check the Loop continuously until 'Esc' box.
- Click OK button.
|
- Click Slide Show | Set Up Show... menu item.
- Check the Loop continuously until 'Esc' box.
- Click OK button.

If you are using PowerPoint Viewer 2010, ensure that
Service Pack 1 for PowerPoint Viewer is installed on the system.

until 'Esc' setting.
