After downloading the setup executable, execute the setup executable PPSctMgr97_20.exe.

At the end of installation, the addin installation instructions will follow. For your convenience, those instructions are also available here:

• Launch PowerPoint 97.
• Select Tools | Add-Ins...
• Click Add New...
• Locate and select the addin Shortcut Manager for PowerPoint 97 in the dialog box that you see now. If you don't see the addin here, you will find it in the folder where you installed Shortcut Manager for PowerPoint 97. Usually, SctMgr97.ppa is installed in
  
  "C:\Program Files\OfficeOne\Shortcut Manager for PowerPoint 97\"
  
  folder on your computer.
• Click OK.
• Click on Close.

Shortcut Manager for PowerPoint 97 is now installed. To assign shortcuts to macros in your presentations, invoke Shortcut Manager's customize shortcuts dialog by selecting Tools | Customize Shortcuts... menu item.
