Shortcuts for PowerPoint is supported on Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003, Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 (XP) and Microsoft PowerPoint 2000. Click here to download (1.1 MB) Shortcuts for PowerPoint.

After downloading, install Shortcuts for PowerPoint as follows:

1. Ensure that Microsoft Office PowerPoint is not running. Exit all instances of PowerPoint.
2. Execute the setup executable PPShortcuts30.exe. This will install OfficeOne Shortcuts for PowerPoint and register it for use with PowerPoint.
3. Start Microsoft Office PowerPoint. You should now be able to see a new Shortcuts menu right next to the Format menu.
