Shortcuts for PowerPoint is supported on Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003, Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 (XP) and Microsoft PowerPoint 2000. Click here to download (1.1 MB) Shortcuts for PowerPoint. After downloading the setup executable, execute the setup executable PPShortcuts28.exe. At the end of installation, the add-in installation instructions will follow. For your convenience, those instructions are also available here:

• Launch PowerPoint.
• Select Tools | Add-Ins...
• Click Add New...
• Locate and select the addin Shortcuts for PowerPoint in the dialog box that you see now. If you don't see the addin here, you will find it in the folder where you installed Shortcuts for PowerPoint. Usually, PPShortcuts.ppa is installed in
  
  "C:\Program Files\OfficeOne\Shortcuts for PowerPoint\"
  
  folder on your computer.
• Click OK.
• Click on Close.

Shortcuts for PowerPoint requires Shortcut Manager installed on the machine. The installation includes Shortcut Manager. At the end of installation, you will be asked if you want to install Shortcut Manager. Click here to know more about Shortcut Manager.
