Send To Publisher is a PowerPoint add-in enables you to export Microsoft PowerPoint presentations to Microsoft Publisher for creating publications. Microsoft Publisher is a professional tool with support for a range of different print styles and paper formats. With Send to Publisher add-in, this enables you to:

• Create handouts
• Create booklet publications that enable you to perform imposing.
• Create booklets of PowerPoint slides with notes attached to the slides.

Using Send To Publisher, you can export your PowerPoint slides as images or as editable native Publisher shapes. You can also include your notes with each slide or optionally leave blank space for note-taking by your audience.

Send To Publisher works with Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 (32-bit), Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003, Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 (XP) and Microsoft PowerPoint 2000 and can export to Microsoft Publisher 2010, Microsoft Office Publisher 2007, Microsoft Office Publisher 2003 and Microsoft Publisher 2002 (XP). Download and install it in your PowerPoint environment.

After installing Send To Publisher add-in in PowerPoint, you can access Send To Publisher as follows:
For PowerPoint 2010 and 2007, click Send to Publisher item in Publisher group in the Home tab.
For PowerPoint 2003, 2002 and 2000, select File | Send To | Microsoft Publisher... menu item.
