• Download and save PPWBA11.exe.
• Execute PPWBA11.exe and follow the instructions given at the end of the installation.

Using PowerPoint Web Browser Assistant

To insert web pages on your slides, follow these steps:

• Navigate to the slide where you wish to place the web pages.
• Insert Microsoft Web Browser control on the slide. Follow these steps to do this:
  • Display the toolbar containing the controls by checking View | Toolbars | Control Toolbox.
  • Select More Controls.
  • From the list of controls, locate and select Microsoft Web Browser.
  • Click at the location on the slide where you want the web pages to be displayed. This will instantiate Microsoft Web Browser control.
• Keep this control selected and select Edit | Web Address.
• In the Configure Web Address dialog box, enter the web address.
• Click OK to dismiss the dialog box.
• Thats all! PowerPoint Web Browser Assistant will do the rest. It will make the Microsoft Web Browser control visit the web address during the slide show.
