OfficeOne ProTools for PowerPoint add-in introduces professional features in the PowerPoint environment. These features enable you to quickly create professional looking PowerPoint presentations and deliver it better.

OfficeOne ProTools for PowerPoint introduces its features through new menu options and completely new toolbars.

The following features are accessible through menu items:

1. Color Picker - Pickup any color from the screen and apply it to shape and slide color properties.
2. Zoom - True resolution Zoom and Pan into slides during slide show.
3. Update Links - Update linked content including linked pictures, Excel sheets, Word documents, etc. during slide show.
4. Slide Finder - Search for content in text boxes, shapes, grouped-shapes, tables, graphs and diagrams during slide show.
5. Slide Navigator - Instantly jump to any slide during slide show by simply choosing the slide title.
6. Custom Show Merge Assistant - Merge Custom Shows after you merge 2 presentations.
7. Command Finder - Quickly find commands in PowerPoint.
8. Insert movies with closed captions - Play movies with closed captions in PowerPoint.
9. Embed Media Files - Embed video and audio files within PowerPoint presentation. No need to have them separately.
10. Speaker Notes - See and zoom into speaker notes during slide show.

The toolbars can be turned ON by selecting View | Toolbars menu. The following Toolbars are available:

1. ProTools Slide Properties
2. ProTools Shape Properties
3. ProTools Shape Adjustments

OfficeOne ProTools for PowerPoint works with Microsoft PowerPoint 2010, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 and Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 (XP) on Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Windows Vista, Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Windows 2000. Download the addin and install it in your PowerPoint environment. When the addin is loaded successfully, you will see these set of new toolbars.
