OfficeOne ProTools for PowerPoint add-in introduces professional features in the PowerPoint environment. These features enable you to quickly create professional looking PowerPoint presentations and deliver it better. For instance, the Shape Properties toolbar allows you to modify shapes individually even when they are part of a group.

OfficeOne ProTools for PowerPoint introduces its features through new menu options and completely new toolbars.

The following features are accesible through menu items:

1. Slide Navigator
2. Insert movies with closed captions

The toolbars can be turned ON by selecting View | Toolbars menu. The following Toolbars are available:

1. ProTools Slide Properties
2. ProTools Shape Properties
3. ProTools Shape Adjustments

OfficeOne ProTools for PowerPoint works with Microsoft PowerPoint 2000, Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 (XP) and Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003. Download the addin and install it in your PowerPoint environment. When the addin is loaded successfully, you will see these set of new toolbars.
