OfficeOne ProTools for PowerPoint introduces its features through new menu options and completely new toolbars.

The following features are accessible through menu items:

1. Embed Media Files
2. Color Picker
3. Zoom
4. Widescreen View
5. Capture Slide Show
6. Slide Finder
7. Slide Navigator
8. Custom Show Merge Assistant
9. Command Finder
10. Insert movies with closed captions
11. Speaker Notes

The toolbars can be turned ON by selecting View | Toolbars menu. The following Toolbars are available:

1. ProTools Slide Properties
2. ProTools Shape Properties
3. ProTools Shape Adjustments

OfficeOne ProTools for PowerPoint works with Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 and Microsoft PowerPoint 2002 (XP) on Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Windows Vista, Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Windows 2000.
