After downloading the setup executable, execute the setup executable PPTProTools21.exe.

At the end of installation, the addin installation instructions will follow. For your convenience, those instructions are also available here:

• Launch PowerPoint.
• Select Tools | Add-Ins...
• Click Add New...
• Locate and select the addin ProTools for PowerPoint in the dialog box that you see now. If you don't see the addin here, you will find it in the folder where you installed ProTools for PowerPoint. Usually, ProTools.ppa is installed in
  
  "C:\Program Files\OfficeOne\ProTools for PowerPoint\"
  
  folder on your computer.
• Click OK.
• Click on Close.

ProTools for PowerPoint is now installed.
