After downloading the setup executable, execute the setup executable VolumeControl11.exe.

At the end of installation, the addin installation instructions will follow. For your convenience, those instructions are also available here:

• Launch PowerPoint.
• Select Tools | Add-Ins...
• Click Add New...
• Locate and select the addin VolumeControl in the dialog box that you see now. If you don't see the addin here, you will find it in the folder where you installed Volume Control. Usually, VolCtrl.ppa is installed in
  
  "C:\Program Files\OfficeOne\VolumeControl\"
  
  folder on your computer.
• Click OK.
• Click on Close.

Volume Control is now installed.
